Job Description: Assembly Operative

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team in fast-paced assembly roles. This is a temporary, ongoing position for suitable candidates. No prior experience is required; however, you must be able to learn quickly, follow instructions, and possess good dexterity skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:45 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - Midday

Pay Rate:

£12.41 per hour, increasing to £12.65 after 12 weeks.

The role may involve using tweezers, small machines, electronic screwdrivers, or manual handling, so good dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential. You should be comfortable working towards hourly targets. Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and masks will be provided. This is a standing role.
