Job Opportunity: Assembly Operative

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for assembly roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a day shift position starting ASAP.

1. Qualifications: Experience in assembly production or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Good dexterity is essential due to handling small parts.
2. Responsibilities: Assembling products using tweezers, small machines, electronic screwdrivers, or manual handling. Working with chemicals (training provided). Meeting hourly targets.
3. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm; Friday, 8:00 am to 12:30 pm.
4. Compensation: £12.41 per hour, increasing to £12.65 after 12 weeks.
5. Additional Requirements: Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and comfort working with chemicals. Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, safety glasses, masks) will be provided. The role is standing.
