Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Assembly Operator with soldering experience to join a leading manufacturing business in Dartford, Kent.

You will assemble electronic components, perform PCB soldering to high standards, and follow detailed drawings and production processes. The role emphasizes quality documentation, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an electronics assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Soldering experience is essential.
• Experience with PCB assembly, electronic components, wiring, and cable assembly is desirable.
• Previous experience within a lighting company or lighting manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.
• Good understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
