Job summary

JDR Recruitment in Warrington is seeking Assembly Operatives to support the manufacture of timber frames for new build homes. You will work on a production line in a busy factory, using hand and power tools and reading diagrams.

The role offers temp-to-perm progression after 12 weeks, with rotating shifts: early 06:00-14:00 and late 14:00-00:15. Pay ranges from £13.67 to £14.90 per hour, with potential to earn up to £16 per hour through a points-based system.

Qualifications

• Ability to work to targets.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience in building / assembling furniture is desired.

Job description

JDR are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client based in WA5 Warrington.

Our client is a leading business within the construction industry.

As an assembly operative you will be supporting in the manufacturing of new build homes.

The role will involve working in a busy factory environment where you will be working on the panel line to assembly timber frames.

If you have experience in assembly, using hand and power tools, measuring and working from diagrams this is a excellent opportunity.

Our client offers temp to perm opportunities for all line operatives following a successful 12 weeks.

Working Hours - Shifts Rotating Weekly

Week one: 06:00-14:00 Monday - Friday

Week Two: 14:00-00:15 Monday to Thursday

Pay Rate:

Early shift - £13.67 per hour

Late shift - £14.90 per hour

Benefits:

• Pay increases based on points system potential to earn £16 per hour ( from 12 weeks)
• Earn more per hour the more points you earn - Starting earning points from day 1
• Performance Based Bonus scheme ranging from 5% - 12.5% of your annual salary ( from 12 weeks)
• Temporary to Permanent Opportunities
