Job summary

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Assembly Operatives at a manufacturing site in Eccles (M30). You will work with power tools, hand tools and read technical drawings to assemble products to specification in a busy production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components to specification.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings.
• Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
• Carry out quality inspections on completed products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Report any defects or production issues to supervisors.

Skills & Experience

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 12:45pm

Pay Rates

£12.71 per hour

Overtime Rates

Overtime paid after 39 hours worked
Monday to Friday & Saturdays: £19.07 per hour
Sundays: £25.42 per hour

Health & Safety Responsibilities
