JDR Recruitment is seeking Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Eccles, M30. You will assemble products to specification, use power and hand tools safely, and read engineering drawings. The role requires attention to detail, reliability and teamwork to meet production targets.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm and Friday 6:00am – 12:45pm, with overtime available and weekly pay. This is an ongoing role with potential to go permanent for the right candidates.

Formación

• Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools confidently.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Eccles, M30. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience using power tools, hand tools, and reading technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components to specification.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings.
• Follow assembly instructions and quality standards.
• Carry out quality inspections on completed products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Report any defects or production issues to supervisors.

Skills & Experience

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 12:45pm

Pay Rates

£12.71 per hour

Overtime Rates

Overtime paid after 39 hours worked
Monday to Friday & Saturdays: £19.07 per hour
Sundays: £25.42 per hour

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Working within a busy manufacturing environment.
