Job summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking Assembly Operatives to join our client's busy production team in Chipping Norton. This long-term role offers Monday to Friday shifts with immediate start and a competitive hourly rate of £12.98–£13.34.

You will assemble products to specification, follow work instructions, perform basic quality checks, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to team targets while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Assembly Operative Responsibilities

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for manually assembling products to the required specifications, following production processes and maintaining quality standards.

• Manually assembling products in line with specifications and production requirements.

Assembly Operative Pay and Working Hours

• Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm | £12.98 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £13.34 per hour
• Rotating Shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm | £13.16 per hour

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Chipping Norton

Contract Type: Long-term work

Start Date: Immediate start available
