Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is recruiting Assembly Operatives for an established Witney manufacturing company. Join a growing production team and contribute to assembly and testing of electronic products.

You'll work 37.5 hours per week, 6:00-14:00 or 7:00-15:00, Monday to Friday, with training provided. Prior experience is desirable but not essential. Salary £28,000–£31,000 depending on experience, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly and soldering advantageous.

Assembly Operative

Pay: £28k - £31k DOE

Are you a reliable, methodical and detail-focused individual looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Witney who are looking for Assembly Operatives to join their growing production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business where you'll play an important role in the assembly and testing of electronic products. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties include:

• Assemble and test electronic products.
• Carry out electro/mechanical assembly of electronic equipment.
• Solder surface mount and conventional electronic components.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and to the required quality standards.
• Follow relevant production and quality processes.

Benefits:

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 each year of service up to 25 days.
