Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited are recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join their client in Penley on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an hourly rate of £12.71.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail‑oriented and able to work in a team with initiative. Duties include assembling parts per SOPs, inspecting items for defects, moving components between stations and logging production data.

• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small or repetitive parts.
• Attention to detail to follow precise instructions and maintain quality.
• Teamwork and communication to work smoothly with other workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently supporting our client in recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join their team. This role is Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have good attention to detail and be willing to work in a team and to their own imitative.
