Job summary

Blue Arrow is recruiting Assembly Operatives for a hands-on role in Ilkeston, Derby. You will join a busy production environment, learning through full training and working Monday to Friday with mornings starting at 6am.

The position offers weekly pay and a supportive team in a clean, safety-focused setting. No prior experience is required; candidates with practical hobbies and good eye for detail are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Working on a production line assembling high-quality products.

• Following work instructions and production procedures carefully.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Assembly Operative - Build, Bond, Create!

Shifts: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

Location: Ilkeston, Derby

Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour- 37.5 hours per week paid (you will get a 30 minute unpaid break per day, and a 15 minute morning break paid per day)

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and become part of a growing manufacturing team? We're currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy production environment based in Ilkeston, Derby.

No previous experience? No problem! Full training will be provided for the right candidates. If you're practical, have a good eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, or have hobbies such as building Lego, model making, crafting, or DIY, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
