We have a brand-new position available for an Assembly Operative to join an already successful team near Woodhall Spa. Our client is an expert in their field, offering excellent career progression, training opportunities, and long-term secure employment.

In this workshop role, you will be required to make a wide range of bespoke wooden children’s furniture based on instructions provided by your manager.

This role involves using hand tools including routers, drills, saws, and other woodworking machinery.

What will I be expected to do?

1. Quality check components
2. Follow instructions & drawings provided
3. Assemble bespoke furniture
4. Ensure the final build matches client specifications

What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
• Proven ability to work using own initiative
• Good communication skills with team members and management
• Commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping

Working hours

The hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Salary

You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
