Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting an Assembly Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Cowes, Isle of Wight. You will join a supportive team to produce high-quality products, with full training provided for the right candidate.

Daily work includes component picking, assembly to specification, quality inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/assembly experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small components.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently when required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Basic IT skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and kit components in line with production schedules.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Cowes for a dedicated and detail-focused Assembly Operator.
