Job summary

A well-established manufacturing business in Bradford is looking for an Assembly Fitter to join their sub-assembly team. This permanent opportunity offers a starting rate of £13 p/h with overtime paid at a premium and standard working hours with no weekends. The successful candidate will receive full training in assembling components for vehicles and enjoy a competitive salary alongside various benefits including an annual bonus and 25 days of holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery, furniture, or window/door manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience in fitting or mechanical assembly.
• General production or manufacturing roles.

Assembly Fitter

Standard days – No Weekends

A well-established manufacturing business, operating in a modern, clean, and bright environment, are now looking to expand their sub-assembly team and recruit an assembly fitter. This is a permanent opportunity following completion of a probation period, with excellent training and long-term career prospects.

What You’ll Do As Our Assembly Fitter:

• Assemble metal drawers, cabinets and components for vehicles
• Use hand tools to complete builds
• Work with both metal and plastic components
• Follow basic drawings and assembly instructions

What We’re Looking For In Our Assembly Fitter:
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:

• Joinery, furniture, or window/door manufacturing
• Fitting or mechanical assembly
• General production or manufacturing roles
