We are seeking Machine Operators for 2nd shift and Assembly Workers for 1st shift in the Lancaster, Ohio area.

Assembly Information:

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Job Description:

The Assembly Operator will perform tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies used in wire and cable harness production. The role requires sitting or standing for 7-8+ hours daily and good manual dexterity for manipulating small components, wires, and cables. Tools such as tweezers, screwdrivers, soldering irons, magnifying lenses, and others may be used.

Machine Operators Information:

2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am

Pay Rate: $19.00-22.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Read tape measures accurately
• Insert die cuts and pleated-inserts into pallet-pans on a conveyor
• Perform one of three MMP-line assembly positions or inspector/boxer role daily
• Cross-train on inspection and boxing, ensuring correct contents in cartons
• Assist with machine changeovers and cleaning
• Prevent jams and maintain machine cleanliness
• Make minor adjustments and repairs, and escalate issues
• Monitor die-cut feeders and media/pleat counts
• Check glue levels and maintain equipment
• Train new operators/assemblers as needed
• Learn about ZL media types and filter specifications
• Participate in cross-training and organizational improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety policies, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
