Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Solderer/Assembler in Salisbury to join a specialist electronics environment. You will build electronic and mechanical assemblies, perform precise soldering and wiring, and follow technical diagrams to maintain high quality. Full training is provided, with 36.5 hours per week and weekly pay.

You should enjoy hands-on work, be comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks, and eager to learn new skills in a stable local team.
