Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Skipton is seeking an Assembler II to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves mechanical assembly with close tolerances, using power, pneumatic and hand tools, and supporting continuous improvement in a high-tempo environment.

You will follow work instructions, read blueprints, meet daily production goals, and uphold safety and quality standards. Overtime may be required; attendance and teamwork are essential to help deliver reliable

• Fine and gross motor skills with attention to detail.
• Must meet physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly with high complexity and close tolerances.
• Read blueprints/technical drawings and follow work instructions.
• Meet daily production rates and goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and use required PPE.
• Participate in training and Lean projects to improve the production process.
