Job summary

Prime-Appointments is recruiting for multiple assemblers at a fast-growing automotive components manufacturer in Witham. You will assemble products to company standards, read drawings, and use hand and power tools. A background in motor mechanics or related manufacturing courses is beneficial.

Shifts are 6:00–14:30 or 8:00–16:30, with a £12.71 per hour rate. This temporary-to-permanent role includes free on-site parking and opportunities to work on high-value automotive projects for premium

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred in assembly or motor mechanic backgrounds, or has completed manufacturing/engineering coursework or equivalent.
• A good eye for detail and reliability are essential.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings is advantageous.

Job description

A manufacturer of automotive componentsare looking for multiple assemblers to join their teams.

Ideally you will have Assembly experience or come from a motor mechanic type background or maybe you have completed a manufacturing or engineering college course or similar equivalence. If you have experience putting things together, we want to hear from you!

This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing company who have a fantastic working facility with a full order book. The company work on projects for ulta-high value automotive companies including Mercedes AMG-ONE, Pininfarina, Aston Martin, McLaren etc so you will be working on some exciting projects.

There are 3 static shifts which are as follows:
6am till 2.30pm Monday to Friday
8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

The hourly rate is £12.71ph

• Reviewing manufacturing documents

• Other tasks such as blocking up and packing goods as an example

For the role you will need to have a good eye for detail, take pride in the quality of your work and be reliable.

This is a temporary to permanent Assembler role.
