Job summary

Precision People is seeking an experienced Assembler/Mechanical Fitter to join a busy manufacturing team in Loughborough LE11. The role offers an immediate start on a temp-to-perm basis with steady hours and premium overtime.

You will fit internal components into cabs, work from engineering drawings, and help the team meet production targets. The position is on a 2:00pm–10:00pm or 10:00pm–06:00am shift and salary is up to £20.15 per hour with good overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings.
• At least 6 months' experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience as Mechanical fitter / Assembler / Fitter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fit internal components into cabs from detailed drawings.
• Maintain high quality workmanship.
• Support production targets and keep work area clean and organized.

What we are looking for
