Gap Personnel is recruiting an Assembler for a UK Premier Airgun Manufacturer. Based in Stafford, you will perform precision assembly tasks with basic hand tools, ensuring high quality and accuracy while following clear instructions and using initiative. Training is provided and there is potential for progression to permanent roles.

Qualifications

Role: Assembler

Location: Stafford (ST21)

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-12:45

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities for strong performers

• Keen to learn, develop, and take ownership of tasks
• Previous mechanical or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
• Machining experience is advantageous
• Own transport preferred due to the remote location
