Job summary

The Job People are seeking an Assembler for immediate start in Cannock. This permanent role offers a 38-hour week from Monday to Thursday, with weekly pay and a starting rate of £12.91 per hour.

You'll join an experienced team in an bright, clean manufacturing environment, with on-the-job training and genuine opportunities for career progression as you gain experience in electrical assembly and panel wiring.

Qualifications

  • Experience in assembly work.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Keen and enthusiastic.
  • Willing to use hand tools.
  • Electrical assembly and panel wiring experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team
  • Assembling wires or electrical kits to the required standard
  • Using basic hand tools
  • Building electrical panels, cabinets, looms - training will be provided
  • Manufacturing small components

Assembler

Immediate start

£12.91 per hour to start - weekly pay

  • Previous assembly work - intricate work
  • Be keen and enthusiastic
  • Used hand tools
  • Electrical assembly and panel wiring a definite advantage - but not essential
  • Working in manufacturing and production industry would be an advantage
