Job summary

Oasis Academy Leesbrook is seeking an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join the team and support teaching staff in developing and delivering educational provision for learners. The role involves planning, preparing and delivering lessons, creating resources, and providing pastoral support to pupils.

Key responsibilities include assisting with lesson delivery, preparing materials, and contributing to progress evaluations with feedback to the class teacher to meet each student’s needs.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally.
• You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.
