Candidates will be supported to secure a paid school placement and to choose their specialist area from EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as they develop essential classroom skills and professional relationships.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications are required.
• You will be asked to pay £58.50 for an enhanced DBS and a £16 Update Service fee.
• A comprehensive training programme will be provided before starting placement.
• You will be placed in a school within the TS14 area to develop your skills.
• You can choose your specialist area from EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in the classroom and assist with small group interventions.
• Provide 1:1 support to individual pupils as needed.
• Help with day-to-day school activities and pupil needs.
• Engage in ongoing CPD and complete required training prior to placement.
