Protocol Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You will deliver pre-planned work, manage behaviour, and keep students engaged and focused throughout the lesson.

You will work across secondary schools in Shrewsbury, Telford and surrounding areas, with support from an experienced education consultant and access to long-term or permanent opportunities. Previous experience with young people is helpful but not essential.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You will not be required to teach new material. Instead, you will deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and focused throughout the lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
