Job summary

HIDE is seeking a Commis Sommelier to join a renowned wine program in London. You will work closely with the Head Sommelier and wine team, developing knowledge while delivering exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for wine and hospitality.
• Eager to learn and develop wine knowledge through training.
• Support the sommelier team with wine service, cellar organisation and stock management.
• Assist with receiving and storing wine deliveries.
• Ensure all wines are served using correct techniques, glassware and service standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests through friendly, knowledgeable service.
