Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Social Justice Officer - Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEMH, ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence in a Bracknell school. You will help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education, using restorative practices in a holistic, trauma-informed environment.
We welcome graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Youth & Community Work, or related fields, and non-graduates with relevant youth-work experience.
