Masterclass Education is seeking Unqualified Teachers in the Brighton area to deliver pre-planned lessons and manage secondary classes. Start date ASAP, with full-time or ad hoc options, in welcoming schools across the Horsham area.

You will support learning, follow school policies, and feedback daily progress to staff. Competitive daily pay, flexible work, and ongoing consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a classroom or groups of young people.
• Confident communication and strong classroom management skills.
• A positive, adaptable and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans.
• A passion for supporting young people’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Lead and manage classes of secondary-aged students.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow school behaviour policies and ensure students remain engaged.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each day.
