Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant pub team and drive memorable guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, manage shifts, and play a key role in delivering on financial KPIs.

The role offers progression through our Aspire programme toward a General Manager position, with flexible/part-time options and a broad benefits package including staff discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a pub team in a branded environment.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Track record of achieving financial and KPI goals.
• Ability to develop and motivate staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.
