Job summary

Endura, a Pentland Brands cycling apparel brand, seeks a Product Manager – Mainline to lead strategic planning and development of core product assortments across multiple seasons. You will work cross-functionally to ensure products meet consumer needs, brand identity, and commercial targets.

You will own the seasonal process from brief through delivery, coordinating design, development, merchandising, sourcing and marketing to land on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or product creation in footwear, apparel, accessories, or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of seasonal product development processes from briefing through to delivery.
• Excellent strategic thinking balancing consumer insight, brand positioning and commercial priorities.
• Confident leadership of cross-functional teams with stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the mainline product strategy aligned with brand direction and commercial objectives.
• Build seasonal range architecture, identify growth drivers and gaps to improve performance.
• Create detailed product briefs balancing consumer insights, trends, design intent, performance and costs.
• Oversee sample rounds, prototypes and refinements ensuring quality, fit, cost and sustainability.
