KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a prestigious Liverpool school. This full-time, term-time role begins September 2026, offering up to £540 per week and 32.5 hours across Monday to Friday.

About the Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• Full-time, term-time position commencing October 2026
• Earn up to £540 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering engaging classroom activities
• Encourage pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally
• Adapt support and learning approaches to reflect individual needs, strengths, and learning preferences
• Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and relevant external professionals to support and monitor pupil development
• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and independence
