KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a prestigious Liverpool school. This full-time, term-time role begins September 2026, offering up to £540 per week and 32.5 hours across Monday to Friday.

A 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, or related fields is preferred, with a path toward teaching or educational psychology. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, collaborating with experienced teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment,

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in SEN, child development, educational psychology, or teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs.
• Support teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging classroom activities.
• Help pupils develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Adjust learning approaches to suit individual strengths, needs, and learning styles.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to monitor and encourage pupil progress.
