Job summary

Inspiro Learning Limited is offering an Apprenticeship in Early Years in Winchester. You will rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience while training to become a qualified educator.

This role is full-time (40h/week, 20% learning). Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience, with progression through the N Academy to an EY degree. Includes a performance bonus and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over.
• Not already in full-time education.
• Complete either level 2/3 Early Years apprenticeship standard.
• Study for 6 hours of your working hours.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines.
• Deliver our 'learning through play' ethos.
• Innovate with activities and challenge children’s learning and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents.
• Work a flexible shift pattern within opening hours (7am-7pm).
