Responsibilities

• Assist with regular site inspections and health and safety audits.
• Support Site Managers and Project Managers with health and safety matters.
• Assist with the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements.
• Help monitor compliance with company procedures and legislation.
• Assist with toolbox talks, site briefings and safety campaigns.
• Support accident, incident and near-miss investigations.
• Help identify hazards and recommend suitable control measures.
• Assist with maintaining health and safety records and documentation.
• Monitor site standards and follow up on corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with site-based teams and subcontractors.
