Job summary

Safety Talent Limited is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor for projects across the East Coast of Scotland. The role is permanent and based on-site, with a salary band of £40,000–£45,000.

You will work closely with operational teams, provide practical HSE support across multiple sites, carry out inspections and audits, review risk assessments and safe systems of work, and help drive improvements in standards and behaviours.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety within construction, civil engineering, utilities or similar.
• Ability to carry out site inspections and audits.
• Support investigations and corrective actions.

An established infrastructure contractor is looking to add a Health & Safety Advisor to its team covering projects across the East Coast of Scotland.

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional who is comfortable working within a site-based environment and wants to join a business operating across major infrastructure and utilities projects.

You will work closely with operational teams, providing practical Health & Safety support across projects and helping ensure standards are maintained throughout the business.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day Health & Safety advice to operational teams
• Carrying out site inspections and audits
• Supporting investigations and corrective actions
• Reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of work
• Supporting managers and site teams with Health & Safety requirements
