Job summary

Eight Financial Advice Academy is recruiting for Aspiring Advisers in Whiteley. This full-time, in-person programme runs from 1 April 2027, with 12 places and a structured development path designed to prepare you for a future career in financial advice.

You’ll learn alongside experienced advisers and work towards the CAS sign-off. Programme covers technical knowledge, client-facing skills, and progression towards advising clients from January 2028.

Qualifications

• You must have passed R01 and R05 through the CII before your Academy start date.
• The remaining 4 CII exams will be funded during the academy.
• This is a full-time, in-person programme based at the Whiteley office.

Responsibilities

• Join the Aspiring Adviser Academy at Whiteley starting 1 April 2027 and complete an intensive development programme.
• Learn through structured technical learning, practical experience, shadowing and personal development.
• Progress to being ready to take on your first clients from January 2028, subject to qualification and approval requirements.
