Job summary

Y TREE is seeking a proactive Client Services Analyst for a 1-year fixed-term contract in London. You will own critical client operations, execute transfers, manage escalations, and ensure timely, accurate administration while maintaining GDPR compliance.

You will collaborate with a small, skilled team, support invoicing and payments, and drive exceptional client service. A 2:1 degree and 12–24 months in financial services are required, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with autonomy.
• Strong team collaboration skills and proactive approach.
• Interest in financial planning and advice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute account transfers with autonomy and communicate with clients & providers to meet SLAs.
• Act as operational liaison for client cash movements and time-sensitive capital calls with precision.
• Manage invoicing and fund collection; lead on resolving complex payment issues.
• Champion data accuracy and GDPR compliance; lead data remediation projects as needed.
• Handle complex client communications to ensure one-business-day SLA is met.
