Y TREE is a rapidly growing WealthTech business redefining how clients engage with their money from our London office. We are seeking a proactive Client Services Analyst to own client operations, transfers, and data integrity as we move toward Chartered Financial Adviser status.

You’ll serve as the escalation point for client-related operational tasks, manage cash movements, invoicing, and payments, and ensure strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months experience in financial services as administrator or client services.
• 2:1 or higher degree with strong dissertation.
• Energetic self-starter who thrives on autonomy and meets deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Interest in financial planning qualifications is encouraged and supported.

Responsabilités

• Execute account transfers with autonomy, manage escalations, and communicate with clients and providers to meet SLAs.
• Act as operational liaison for client cash movements and time-sensitive private equity calls with precision.
• Manage invoicing and fund collection, resolving complex payment issues.
• Champion accuracy and security of client data and advice records in GDPR compliance; lead data remediation as needed.
• Handle complex client communications ensuring one-business-day SLA is met.
