Eventus Legal in Doncaster seeks a Junior Family Lawyer to join a growing specialist family law practice. The role is full-time or part-time with a salary of £35,000-£40,000 dependent on experience, flexible start/finish times and potential hybrid working after caseload builds.

Candidates with practical family law grounding and the ability to take instructions and progress files under supervision will be supported with supervision, progression opportunities and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Practical experience of family law in a paralegal, trainee or newly qualified role.
• Ability to take instructions and progress files under supervision.
• Experience with divorce, matrimonial finances and private children matters.
• Clear, accurate drafting and professional file management.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from clients and identify issues.
• Progress family law files with supervision.
• Handle divorce and dissolution matters.
• Assist with matrimonial finance and financial remedy proceedings.
• Manage private children matters under supervision.
• Draft correspondence, statements and applications.
