• Support pupils in and out of the classroom under the direction of the class teachers and learning support department.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions for SEND/SEMH pupils.
• Help pupils reach their full potential and ensure they are well cared for in a supportive learning environment.
