Academics is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEN in a Kensington & Chelsea school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assisting teachers and therapists to tailor learning and develop communication and social skills.

The role is ideal for a psychology graduate aiming to gain hands-on SEN experience and progress into educational or clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, or teaching.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate or final-year psychology student.
• Genuine interest in child development, SEN and/or mental health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and support staff.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
