Qualifications

• Must be working or caring for children, either voluntary or paid.
• Having a Level 2 in Early Years is desirable.

• Plan stimulating activities for children in line with EYFS.
• Deliver a high level of quality childcare.
• Build effective relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Work towards apprenticeship standards within the agreed timeframe.
