Job summary

My Four Wheels, a nationwide driving school, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided, with lessons typically paying around £38 per hour and potential earnings rising with hours worked.

You will train via our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1–3, with in-car coaching and structured lesson plans. Roles are flexible in terms of hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends—and focus on teaching locally

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Training through our Academy with online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.
• We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify.
