Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required – full training is provided through our Training Academy, with ongoing support and structured in-car coaching.

Roles are nationwide, with flexible working options and lesson rates around £38 per hour. Earn potential ranges up to £39k per year for part-time patterns or £50k+ for longer hours, with the possibility to teach locally in a broad 30-minute radius and access dual-control car

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train novice drivers to DVSA standards and provide in-car coaching.
• Deliver structured lessons and progress learners to DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 where applicable.
• Assist learners in obtaining a Trainee Licence and DVSA qualifications.
