Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. We offer full training through our Academy and allow you to teach locally with a flexible schedule.

Lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with earning potential up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week, plus options for part-time or full-time work. Training fees can be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No previous driving instructor experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers to drive and prepare them for DVSA tests.
• Deliver lessons locally within a typical 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Adhere to DVSA guidelines and training schedules.
• Promote safe driving and provide supportive coaching to learners.
