Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are now recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earning potential up to £39k per year for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Become a trainee and access flexible hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• Training fees can be paid back after 1 year (details on request).

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons once training is complete.
• Follow DVSA standards and the Training Academy guidance.
• Teach locally within a 30-minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
