Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you launch a rewarding career in driving instruction.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour; earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week, and £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours and local teaching within a 30-minute radius are available.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Training through our new Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support, and structured in-car coaching.
• Assist learners to complete DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with lesson plans and resources.
