Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Preston is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Associate Director to step into client ownership, leadership and revenue growth within a mid-market advisory practice.

You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence, develop relationships, mentor teams, and help shape the practice’s growth with Partners, while enjoying a hybrid and flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Transaction Services Associate Director, or a Senior Manager at that level.
• Strong buy-side and sell-side due diligence leading complex engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Proven ability to generate new business and secure mandates.
• Commercial judgement to translate financial analysis into investment guidance.
• Experience leading and developing teams while maintaining high standards.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare or technology is welcome.
• Ambition to progress to Director with ownership of client relationships and growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, translating findings into clear, commercially relevant advice for investors and management teams.
• Lead proposals and pitches with Partners to convert opportunities into mandates and grow the practice.
• Develop and mentor colleagues, providing support and progression pathways within the team.
