_nology is offering an entry-level DevOps/Cloud pathway based in Newcastle upon Tyne. You’ll join a community of early-career technology professionals, receive mentoring, and complete remote training before joining client projects.

Starting salary is £26,700 with pay rises at 6 and 12 months based on performance, and you’ll work with experienced teams on real public sector projects. Training is remote initially, then hybrid office attendance.

Qualifications

• Early-career candidate with bootcamp background or STEM degree.
• Exposure to DevOps practices through coursework, projects, internships, or placements.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve delivery processes.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution.
