Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service ethic.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team in their section to maintain high food production standards.
• Participate in daily food preparation including portioning fish, meat, vegetables and desserts.
• Adapt to special requests and challenges during the day.
• Rotate through The Promenade, In Room Dining or Banqueting kitchens.
