Leonardo Hotel Southampton is seeking a Commis Chef to support our kitchen team and deliver guest-focused cuisine. You will assist in preparing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, and ensuring service readiness while following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Assist in preparing food items, ensuring dishes are prepared promptly and meet quality standards.
• Minimise food and energy wastage through proper control methods.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu.
• Adhere to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities
