Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll grow your career by learning new prep skills, and owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef, you’ll be involved in learning kitchen procedures, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering hot meals to spec each time. We support you through internal career pathways and apprenticeships to advance your cooking career.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring pub menu to life.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help the kitchen team with daily running.
• Ensuring meals are delivered to spec.
