Job summary

Frontline is looking for motivated individuals from any background to train as children’s social workers in a fully funded three‑year programme. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, pursue a master’s degree and receive a tax‑free bursary in year one while you train.

Upon successful completion, you’re guaranteed employment as a newly qualified social worker in a local authority, with salaries progressing through year two and year three as you gain experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Have at least a 2.2 in an undergraduate degree or international equivalent.
• GCSE English Language at grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work and study in the UK for the programme duration.

Responsibilities

• Train for three years while working with children and families.
• Complete the funded master’s degree in social work.
• Be supported within a local authority social work team during training.
